"Kathy and her team provide excellent customer service. However, I would be skeptical of State Farm when you have to file a claim. Six weeks ago, I was exiting my vehicle when another driver hit my door (we both had state farm). Despite this guy coming in hot and hitting my vehicle State Farm claimed it was my fault (Code 25517). Long story short they didn't want to cover me because I had liability and he was a new policy holder. Also, it was just cop out despite having a flawless driving record. Perfect driving record don't mean s#it. $1000-$1500 damage cost state farm a customer."
